Court appoints forensic examiner to collect and review electronic information. Upon completion of the review, the examiner is to turnover responsive data to the Plaintiffs' counsel. Plaintiffs' counsel is to review the responsive data for relevance and privilege. Plaintiffs' counsel is to then produce all relevant, non-privileged data to the requesting party in the form agreed upon by the parties.
