Internet Activity Tracing

Magnifying Glass

Internet Activity Tracing is the ability to show Internet activity of a person using a computer to surf the World Wide Web.

The Internet has opened up a whole new world of information. In the past if a person wanted to research a given topic it often required a trip to the local public library. Today a person can sit in their home, classroom, or office and find information on almost any subject.

Companies have found the internet to be a great asset but at what cost? Studies have shown companies are losing considerable amounts of money in lost productivity due to employees surfing the web. In fact these studies have shown that about 30% of the American work force spend around an hour and a half each day on company time surfing the net.

The Internet is not just a tool for business, approximately 51% of American house holds have one or more computers. We use the Internet to keep up on current events around the world. Students have an unlimited amount of resources to find information for research projects or homework.

But for all the wonderful things the Internet has given us, it has also given way to the not so wonderful.

SGC Computer Forensics, LLC uses sophisticated software applications that can trace Internet activity and provide a report of that activity.
